In the very heart of the city, our beautiful, luxurious maisonette is located opposite famous historic cornerstone of Bath – The Sally Lunn’s. Sally Lunn’s Maisonette is in the perfect location for exploring the whole of Bath on foot. This two-storey stunning central apartment is bright and spacious with a beautiful modern interior. It is a 2 minutes walk to any major sightseeing in Bath. There are 2 large double bedrooms and 1 single bed, open plan lounge and dining area, separate kitchen and two large sofa beds in the lounge, allowing plenty of space for guests to spread out under one roof!
The space
This 200 year old listed property retains all its historical charm yet the exclusive interior design gives the apartment a contemporary feel. The spacious accommodation is set over two floors and includes a large entrance which leads to a generous open plan dining area and lounge and out to the secluded balcony, the impressive kitchen with granite worktops and ground floor toilet. A relaxing lounge, a warm modern kitchen, a large dining table, a big walk-in shower, space and comfort for guests. The Jack and Jill bathroom has a bathtub and shower along with a further toilet.
The staircase leads to an open plan kitchen and lounge with a bathroom on your left and a single bed further from a small hallway. Another flight of stairs will lead you to two double beds with gorgeous views to Abbey Church.
Parking
Parking is available upon request at time of booking. We have a parking space permit for street parking on roads within the Central Zone (map provided in the apartment for central zone).
Parking is a complementary addition to your booking and not included within the price.
Responsibility for car and your belongings: the owner of the vehicle retains the full responsibility and security for their vehicle at all times.
Instruction to park: You should take the parking permit from the apartment and place it on your windscreen. This must be returned on check out, or a £40 fine will be issued, as we would need to organise a replacement for the following guests.
Guest access
Check-in is hassle free as you can let yourself in with a door code which will be sent you before your arrival. Every guest would be required to sign a rental agreement and provide ID details before getting their arrival details. The guests have access to the entire described space and because of the perfect location access to all the city has to offer is almost literally on your doorstep.
Other things to note
If you stay during December the city has a very popular Christmas market and the flat is right in the middle of the festivities. It is an amazing atmosphere and will really get you in the festive mood but be prepared for large crowds Christmas of shoppers

The location is amazing, so central to everything! The flat is undersold in the pictures, such a lovely place! I would recommend anyone to stay.

Our stay was really great, we were 2 couples plus one child and stayed over a weekend. This flat was one of the best have stayed on Airbnb. It has been recently renovated and has a lot of space. The furniture is nice looking and contemporary. It has a really functional and cosy kitchen / living room. You can also sign-in with your netflix or prime account on the TV The flat is also warm and bright with lots of windows which was great as when we visited in November it was getting a bit colder outside with less natural light. One of the most important things is that it is located in the centre for all activities. The roman baths are 5 minutes away walking distance and in the same time you can find great restaurrants for brunch and dinner. By the way I was personally impressed about restaurants in Bath. Last our host Superhost UK was very quick to respond and very accomodating with our check-in and check-out times which was really important to us as we had a small child with us. I would definitely like to spend another weekend there.
