The space

Osric apartment is one of four sister apartments located in the heart of the heritage city of Bath. The location is so central, with the Roman Bath, the Circle, and Jane Austin Museum just a few minutes’ walk from the doorstep. The apartment’s elegance comes from its sleek colour combination with interior design making it a real joy to relax and unwind in the beautiful surroundings. The apartment benefits from a spacious living room with windows looking out at the ancient Bath streets and kitchen off to one side. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast when you tire of the many fantastic cafes, bars and restaurants in Bath. There is a super comfy zip link super king size double bed in the bedroom and a comfortable double sofa bed in the large separate living room. We will provide you with all you need for a comfortable stay including, Led TV, fast wireless broadband, and of course hotel standard bedding and towels.

The apartment is self-catering but to help you get settled in we provide a local selection of teas & coffee.

If you require a child’s cot or high chair, please let us know when you book the apartment. 

Parking:

Parking is available upon request at time of booking. We have a parking space permit for street parking on roads within the Central Zone (map provided in the apartment for central zone).

Parking is a complimentary addition to your booking and not included within the price.

Responsibility for car and your belongings: the owner of the vehicle retains the full responsibility and security for their vehicle at all times.

Instruction to park: You should take the parking permit from the apartment and place it on your windscreen. This must be returned on check out, or a £40 fine will be issued, as we would need to organise a replacement for the following guests.

Guest access

Check-in is hassle free as you can let yourself in with a door code which will be sent you before your arrival. Every guest would be required to sign a rental agreement and provide ID details before getting their arrival details. The guests have access to the entire described space and because of the perfect location access to all the city has to offer is almost literally on your doorstep.
