For example, for Taunton properties, it would be the minimum night stays of 4 nights and for Bath properties, the minimum night stays might be 2 nights. For 1 bedroom properties, minimum night stays might be 1 night, for a large townhouse the minimum night stays would be 2 nights.

All other costs will be deducted afterwards and the remaining profit will be transferred to the landlord’s account on 10th of each month, alongside the breakdown of the total turnover and corresponding costs. The commission also excludes VAT, which is applicable at 20% of the management commission, however, we are EXEMPT of VAT.

We do things a little differently when it comes to a damage deposits. We have a system where we put a charge on the guest card where the funds don’t leave an account however there is an authorised charge on the guest card. This is the best system where guests don’t mind the damage deposit charge and it still keeps them act responsibly because there is an authorised charge on their card.
