No. At Superhost UK we have the power of setting different minimum night stays as per the season as per property location and as per property. For example, for Taunton properties, it would be the minimum night stays of 4 nights and for Bath properties, the minimum night stays might be 2 nights. For 1 bedroom properties, minimum night stays might be 1 night, for a large townhouse the minimum night stays would be 2 nights.
We can change the minimum night stays per season for one property. For the summer season, it is 3 nights minimum and for the quieter season, it is 1-night minimum.

We do things a little differently when it comes to a damage deposits. We have a system where we put a charge on the guest card where the funds don’t leave an account however there is an authorised charge on the guest card. This is the best system where guests don’t mind the damage deposit charge and it still keeps them act responsibly because there is an authorised charge on their card.
